Each day of the week brings a different experience, included for all guests:

Monday & Friday — 5:00 PM | KAMALA MARKET STROLL A team member walks you through the Kamala local fresh market: street food, tropical fruit, local spices, fresh catch, and neighbourhood life that most tourists never see. A genuine insight into the community Ayara calls home.

Tuesday — 3:00 PM | KANOM KROK CLASS Learn to make Thailand's beloved coconut custard — crispy crust, creamy centre — with our chefs. Kanom Krok has been a Thai street food staple for centuries. You will make it, taste it, and probably request it every morning after.

Wednesday — 2:00 PM | THAI COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS Learn to mix our signature Thai cocktails using artisanal local ingredients, by the infinity pool with the Andaman Sea behind you. No better classroom exists.

Thursday — 5:00 PM | PICKLEBALL Three courts. All ages and skill levels welcome. Equipment provided. Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the world for a reason — it is genuinely fun for everyone. Thursday evenings at Ayara have become a guest favourite.

Saturday — 3:00 PM | PLA TAPIAN COCONUT LEAF FOLDING A traditional Thai craft art — learn to fold coconut palm leaves into the intricate Pla Tapian fish, a symbol of good fortune in Thai culture. This 100-year-old craft was passed down through generations of Thai communities. You will leave with a skill, a story, and a fish you made yourself.

Sunday — 2:00 PM | MASSAGE CLASS AT RATANA SPA Our Ratana Spa therapists teach you the basics of neck and shoulder massage — techniques you can actually use on the person next to you. The most-requested Sunday activity at Ayara.
