Every evening, the Andaman puts on a show. The Ayara Parlour is the best seat in the house.

Perched on the upper deck of Ayara Kamala, The Parlour is a 360° glass and wood-walled bar and dining room that looks out over the full breadth of the Andaman Sea. As the sun drops toward the horizon, the sky cycles through gold, amber, coral, and deep violet — a sequence that guests have described as "the most beautiful thing I have ever seen" and "worth the entire trip."

SUNSET APERITIFS

Arrive by 6:30 PM to claim your spot. Order a sundowner — a signature Thai-inspired cocktail, a classic Negroni, a glass of champagne — and watch the sky change. No two evenings are the same.

EVENING DINING

After sunset, The Ayara Parlour transitions into an evening dining experience. Our chefs craft dishes that match the setting — considered, precise, made with the freshest ingredients, and presented with the attention to detail that defines everything at Ayara.
