Choose four dishes from our extensive varieties of Thai food that you would like to cook
Go to the Supermarket or local market (fixed days) with our Thai chef and have a look at authentic ingredients.
Return to the hotel restaurant, to have a welcome cocktail, and start cooking your own Thai meal amongst the ocean view!
Receive certificates for mini-course completion, along with pictures and recipe book to take home and cook for your friends and family.
Enjoy a ‘home-cooked’ late lunch/early dinner with your partner or your family!
